How It Works

The Treatment Connection is a service that is offered to you at NO COST, with a goal of providing a comprehensive pain free solution to those seeking to free themselves from the horror of addiction. Through our established and longstanding relationships with some of the country’s premier facilities, we have the ability to connect the person seeking help with the right center for them in a timely manner. Our purpose is to alleviate the addict and their loved ones from the stress of finding the right treatment center. You have enough to worry about; let us take it from here.

We take an individualized approach to finding the center that’s right for you. Through a short series of questions, one of our skilled intake coordinators will identify YOUR specific needs and the path that is most beneficial to your recovery. We offer multiple solutions with a variety of payment options ranging from low cost self-payment to a multitude of insurance options. It can be an extremely trying experience dealing with insurance companies. We understand the process; we’ll spend hours on the phone with your insurance company to determine what sort of coverage they will allow. In addition we’ll maximize how your policy works. We will utilize your benefits to the maximum for you. If insurance isn’t an option we’ll help locate a facility that’s within your budget as well. We are aligned with several centers across the country where we can help accommodate everyone.

After all this is complete and we’ve helped you determine the center you will be attending we’ll reserve a slot for you at the facility. We’ll help coordinate any travel if necessary, then you are on your way to recovery. Our intake counselor will be available to guide you with any question or concerns along the way. Your anonymity is of the utmost importance to us so we will never divulge any information to any outsiders (unless you’ve authorized them) in accordance to The *HIPAAHealth Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Privacy Rule. We hope your stay at the facility is a rewarding one and may your path to FREEDOOM begin.
